Admission categories :
Merit Category
Regular Admission is granted to those applicants who have fulfilled all the admission requirements and whose name appears in the regular merit list of successful applicants.
Corporate sponsored and NRI/ NRI sponsored/ International candidate category:
Upto 15% seats are allotted on following conditions: |

Candidates are directly called for GD/PI They may also appear without CAT exam. |

It is a separate merit, based on GD and Interview, and Graduation score. |

A feeas per schedule will be deposited annually in advance. |

Admission form of the Institute is required to be downloaded from our website, filled up and sent to the Institute with a demand draft for Rs.1,750/-. INR. |

In case of corporate sponsored, the sponsoring company must have annual turnover of minimum Rs.50 crore. |

. Campus placement assistance is not provided to corporate sponsored Candidates. |
| Following documents are required at the time of interview for company sponsored category candidate: |

Latest Financial statements (Published Balance sheet and Income statement) are to be submitted at the time of GD/PI. |

Original marks sheet for 10th Std. exam., 10+2 exam, Graduation exam (with min. 50% marks) and related degree, certificates for date of birth and work experience (if any). |
| In case of NRI/NRI sponsored, sponsoring person must have a minimum annual Salary or Income of 50,000 USD or equivalent. Following documents are required at the time of interview: |

Passport copy plus evidence of NRI status e.g. work permit/Employment Pass/Permanent Residence, Notary attested in the country of residence of NRI or by the foreign embassy in India. |

Selection Criteria :
Call for GD/PI
There is no cut-off pre-defined , but the merit is prepared on the basis of CAT percentile for calling candidates for GD and Interview in a ratio of 1:10 for total number of seats in all the programmes after all the applications have been received by closing dates.

NOTE: Applying for the admission does not ensure that candidate will be called for GD/PI process or get admission. The discretion of the admission committee of the Institute will be final in all such matters.

The various steps in selection for admission at BIMTECH include:

GD/ PI would be conducted at Ahemdabad, Bangalore, Bhuvneshwar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, and Greater Noida in the month of February 2010 (tentative). The Institute reserves the right to cancel any of the above outstation centres. |

Financing of Pogrammes :
BIMTECH has an understanding with following Banks for providing education loans to our students on priority subject to fulfillment of their terms and documentation requirement by the Students.

Canara Bank has offered a special rate of interest to our students and have kept our institute at par with students of premiere Management Institutes of India. The name of our Institute has been circulated to all Canara Bank branches vide their H.O. circular no. 23/2008. The details available on the websites of the banks are appended herewith for the information of the students and are provisional. Final latest details can be confirmed by the banks themselves when students approach them.
The interested students may contact any of the above bank branches at their place of residence regarding documentation requirements & other terms / conditions for availing education loan at competitive rates.
Note. However the institute can not extend time limit for deposit of fees at the time of admission or at any other time due to delay in availing education loan by the students. The documentation support has to be honoured by the candidates as required by the financial institution.
Scholarships offered :
- Syt. B.K. Birla Merit Scholarship - Scholarships for Rs. 60,000 for first position and Rs. 40,000 for second position in the admission merit list for every Full-Time programme.
- Dr. (Smt) Sarala Birla Merit Scholarship- Scholarships for Rs. 60,000 for first position holder and Rs. 40,000 for second position holder in the class based on CGPA of the first three trimesters in every Full-Time programme.

The institute has more than one location for the hostel accommodation with similar facilities. It may be provided on twin sharing or single sharing basis depending upon the number of students admitted. The allotment of hostel to a student will be made at the sole discretion of the management. |

Eligibility
Admitted students should have completed under graduate from a recognized university or private institution. Work experience is preferred for admission to the master’s program.

- Statement of purpose (why do you want to take admission in an Business Management program, maximum 500 words)
- Personal interview (through office or video conferencing)

Tuition fees is paid annually and includes academic fees for 2 years program, participations in the campus seminars, one nomination to a conference, main examination fees, industrial visit in India and services from corporate relations, library and computer lab, gymnasium and medical centre. |

| Important Regulations |
1 |
The Student shall observe all the rules and regulations, framed from time to time by the Institute and breach of any of these may render them liable for penalty under the rules and/or expulsion from the Institute. |

The Institute reserves the right to make alteration in the course contents of the programmes, rules and regulations, teaching schedule, fees payable, living charges and any other matters pertaining to its working. Director's decision will be final in all such matters. |
3 |
If a student admitted to the Institute is found to have given any false information or suppressed some information, his/her admission will be cancelled and no fees will be refunded to the candidate. |
4 |
Cost of Admission form is non-refundable after purchase of the form. |
5 |
The total tuition fee for any programme for merit category may be paid in equal half yearly installments. The first such installment shall be paid before the start of the class.
For NRI and corporate sponsored candidates, the fee is payable annually in advance. |
6 |
The institute does not take responsibility for any delay in transit involved in receipt and delivery of any communication between the institute and the applicant. |
7 |
All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of District Gautam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, (India). |
8 |
Those who are given provisional admission due to non-declaration of their graduation result are required to submit the marks sheet up to 31st October , 2010 failing which the candidate will cease to be a student of the institute. In such a case, security deposit only will be refunded. |
9 |
Also, Students who are not able to secure 50% marks in their final result of graduation exam after the admission is granted, will have to withdraw from the programme and no fee will be refund except refundable security deposit. |
