Life at BIMTECH:

A perfect blend of fun and learning is what defines life @ BIMTECH in a single sentence. The academic block boasts of spacious classrooms accommodating 60 students at one time and is accessorized with the latest Technology viz, LCD Projectors, Wireless Internet and centralized AC. Two hi-tech seminar halls cater to all the seminars and guest lectures that are organized. Once classes are over, the students go back to residential block for student’s which is a state of the art facility with a homely ambience. Accommodation is single (room) with the rooms been sectored into small clusters equipped with a modern washroom, fridge and a TV. A vending machine at the ground floor of the girl’s hostel serves the need for a quick bite anytime during the course of a 24 hour long day!

A “Tuck Shop”, which is home to A to Z of necessities that one may require, a Health Centre and a “Cafeteria” with a jovial setting completes the campus arena. All round security which operates on a 24x7 basis renders the campus a safe hamlet and helps avoid happenings of any indecorous activity, either inside the campus or in its immediate vicinity. Apart from a conducive academic environment for the intellectual development, the various conduits and committees for a myriad of activities ensures a streamlined process which contributes towards augmenting the all round personality of Bimtechians.
Student driven clubs in BIMTECH afford full opportunities for the young managers to learn the art of managing their favourite hobbies-cum-interests.

Quiz Crazy BIMTECHIANS (QCB)

With more than 150 active members, objective of QCB is to promote quizzing culture at BIMTECH, to spread business awareness at the campus and to keep the whole student community about the happening in business world.

MAJLIS- Debating Society

Majlis, the debating society of BIMTECH, is a forum made for the students to stand up and speak out. Keeping up with its tradition of providing BIMTECHIANS with an opportunity to express their opinions, hone their oratorical skills and build up their confidence, Majlis is a hit among the seniors as well as the first year students.

PROPELLERS

The HR club in BIMTECH known by the name propellers works for varied activities related to the domain of HR, the major one being conducting the HR Summit.

ENTREPRENEUR CELL (E-Cell)

The entrepreneur cell of BIMTECH is a result of collaborative efforts of BIMTECH and the National Entrepreneur network (NEN). This club is known as “Entrepioneer”. This club strives for creating not only entrepreneurs but future business leaders. Since its inception in 2007, it has won ‘roll of Honour’ for two consecutive years for ts commencement of ‘E-Week’ instituted by NEN.

INSURANCE MOVERS AND SHAKERS (INMOS)

Since its inception, the club has been constantly and proactively organizing various activities like quizzes, extempore, group discussions and related activities to give a comprehensive edge in the area of competition for insurance students.

Club Ex Liber

Club Ex Liber is one of the recent additions in the gamut of clubs. The club is meant to cultivate the tradition of creative literature activities among students.

Conduit

The student body called CONDUIT comprises of members from six committees, i.e. Discipline Committee, Mess Committee, Cultural Committee, Media Committee, Newsletter Committee and Sports Committee.
