Delhi Chapter Meet
The Delhi Chapter Alumni Meet 2025 was truly a heartwarming evening filled with laughter, nostalgia, music, and countless memories shared. What made it special wasn’t just the scale of the gathering, but the energy and warmth that each person brought with them. Over 271 people came together, including 194 proud alumni reminding us why the BIMTECH community is so special.
None of it would have been possible without the tireless effort of the Alumni Conduit Team (Batch 2024–26 and 2025–27), supported by 2 volunteers each from Retrospective and Discipline Conduit. Their hard work behind the scenes made sure every detail from registrations to stage coordination was conducted smoothly.
Hosts Shreyas and Aarushi set the tone for the event with their lively introductions, filling the room with smiles right from the start. The warmth continued with a gracious welcome by Director Dr. Prabina Rajib, followed by heartfelt words of thanks from Convenor Dr. Pooja Misra, who acknowledged everyone who made the evening possible.
Co-Convenor Dr. Aseem Mishra walked everyone through BIMTECH’s progress- its growth, infrastructure, and accomplishments that alumni continue to take pride in.
Mr. Suryakant from AIC BIMTECH shared inspiring stories about the achievements of AIC BIMTECH and its impact. He also encouraged alumni to chase their entrepreneurial dreams, assuring them of guidance and support from the BIMTECH ecosystem.

These light hearted games created just the right atmosphere for bonding and filling the hall with cheers. To add to the excitement, gifts were also distributed to the winners of the activities both kids and alumni making the celebrations even more engaging and memorable.
Adding to the festive spirit, BIMTECH’s very own band “Four Sins” lit up the evening with their live performance, creating the perfect mix of nostalgia and celebration and binding the audience in the melodies of rekindled friendships and connections. Their performance tied the whole event together.
One of the most cherished aspects was reconnecting with the professors. Prof. Prateek Priyadarshi engaged and connected with the alumnus. Hearing their warm words of encouragement and sharing moments with them reminded everyone of the lasting relationship between BIMTECH and its alumnus. It was heartening to see Director Dr. Prabina Rajib, Deputy Director Dr. Pankaj Priya, Registrar Arvind Shukla, Convenor Dr. Pooja Misra, Co-Convenor Dr. Aseem Mishra, and Co-ordinator Ms. Nidhi Lakhanpal, along with several beloved faculty members, interacting warmly with the alumni. The presence of our respected faculty members gave the event its emotional depth.
The evening also celebrated the remarkable journeys of our alumni, felicitating the alumni stars of BIMTECH. During the Felicitation Ceremony, distinguished achievers were honoured for making their mark in their respective fields. A special moment was the recognition of Ms. Priyanka Kaushik (Batch 2007-2009), General Manager – Human Resources at Havells India Ltd., and Mr. Ankit Vijayvargiya (Batch 2008-2010), Assistant General Manager – Purchasing at Honda. They were felicitated for their achievements, and their stories of success and dedication filled the room with joy and pride.
The night concluded with Dr. Aseem Mishra’s Vote of Thanks, followed by group photos capturing the joy of the gathering and togetherness. But the evening didn’t end there — alumni carried the celebration forward with a networking dinner, reconnecting with old friends, sharing stories, and finally letting loose on the dance floor with a lively DJ session.
The Delhi Chapter Alumni Meet wasn’t just about looking back — it was about celebrating the present and strengthening the ties for the future. It was a night that reminded us all that no matter where life takes us, BIMTECH is the thread that binds us together. The joy, laughter, and heartfelt connections reminded us all why these reunions matter.
