At the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), we had the privilege of hosting Mr. Subrat Chakravarty, CHRO – DS Group, for an insightful CXO Talk that went beyond conventional conversations on business and leadership.

Insights from DS Group's Pulse, Catch and nutraceutical businesses demonstrated how organisations can identify opportunities within established categories and build differentiated propositions.

🛡️ Build resilience before you need it.
From supply-chain preparedness to inventory management, sustainable growth requires organisations to anticipate uncertainty rather than simply react to it.

🤖 And perhaps the most human lesson of all: Humans first. Machines second.
Technology can accelerate processes, improve efficiency and strengthen decision-making. But empathy, judgement, communication and relationships remain at the heart of leadership.

For our management cohorts, the session reinforced an important lesson:
The journey from classroom to boardroom is not just about acquiring knowledge. It is about learning to connect concepts with consumers, strategy with execution, technology with people, and today's decisions with tomorrow's value.
