Biosketch

Had been professor, scholar, trainer, consultant and administrator (Dean,  for last 37 years of which about 30 years at IIM Lucknow. Worked with Income Tax, IFCI, EDII, IIM Lucknow, and IIMLEIC. Had been visiting professor at USM Business School and UMP Kuantan in Malaysia, MDI, IIM Indore, Sirmaur, Kashipur, and Ranchi, IMT Ghaziabad and many other institutions / universities. Published about 3 dozen papers and as many in conferences of international repute and two books. One Best paper award and 2 Best Paper nominations. About 35 cases. Consulted about 2 dozen companies. Editorial boards and reviewer on half dozen journals including JOE, IJOEM, BFJ, JFBR, EJMS, AGBA, AJE & conferences like AOPM, AIB, INDAM, TM. Past Editor Metamorphosis, Currently Advisor at BIMTECH for SIE Area.
