Chandan Kumar Behera

Assistant Professor

Biosketch

Dr. Chandan is a PhD scholar in Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. After earning his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, he worked for 58 months as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the steel and IT industries, managing both B2B and B2C portfolios. During this time, he collaborated closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives. These experiences gave him valuable insights into market dynamics, consumer decision-making, and organizational challenges—lessons he now integrates into his teaching and research.
