Natasha Negi

Assistant Professor

Biosketch

Dr. Natasha Negi completed her Ph.D. in English literature from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal. She has worked as an Assistant Professor at Uttarakhand Open University and at National Institute of Technology (NIT) – Uttarakhand. She has also worked as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (English) at an EdTech company, AssessPrep. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Dalit Studies, Gender Studies, Environmental Humanities, Literature in Translation, and Business Communication. Her current academic pursuits also focus on communication pedagogy, workplace communication, intercultural dialogue, and the integration of AI-enabled tools in communication training and assessment. Her papers are accepted and published in Sage, Routledge and Springer publications. She has presented papers at several international conferences like the American Comparative Literature Association, the European Conference for South Asian Studies, and the Intersectional Studies Remote Conference organised by South Carolina State University, United States.
