Shivani Srivastava

Assistant Professor

Biosketch

Dr. Shivani Srvastava has completed her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur in the area of Human Resource Management, with her doctoral research focused on Strategic Human Resource Management, employing qualitative research methods. She is UGC-NET qualified in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior/Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations. She has published three Scopus-indexed research papers. Her academic and research interests include high-performance work systems, organizational resilience, employee engagement, and sustainable people management, with a strong commitment to practice-oriented teaching, impactful research, and industry engagement.
