In today’s hyper-competitive retail landscape, Visual Merchandising (VM) is much more than dΓ©corβ€”it is a high-stakes strategic tool. It is the silent salesperson that determines whether a customer walks into a store or walks away.

At Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), our PGDM (Retail Management) students treat VM as a hands-on learning lab. By mastering the interplay of color, lighting, textures, and focal points, they learn to decode consumer psychology and trigger "impulse entry" through immersive storytelling.
