On 18th September, 2018 a unique initiative "HP World on Wheels" was launched in Noida in association with BIMTECH, HP and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation.

Its main purpose is to reach remote areas of Gautam Buddha Nagar where the digital education has not yet been reached. A mobile van is specially designed and computerized inside it. It will teach how to take advantage of basic computer education and government schemes through digital medium.

CSR, Sustainability & Inclusion are vital part of BIMTECH ‘s Vision. During last decade we could do lot of social work under our NGOs viz. Ranganathan Society and BIMTECH FOUNDATION. Ten full fledged libraries are being run in district jails of UP and also at Man Mandir,Barsana,Mathura. Now recently we have been given a big responsibility by Hewlett Packard(HP), a global IT MNC and Jubilant Organysis, a biotechnology company located in our neighbourhood.

HP has given us a VOLVO bus well equipped with a computer laboratory, Smart TV,Solar Panel with wifi and AC facilities. For next 5 years, BIMTECH FOUNDATION and RANGNATHAN SOCIETY will run a DIGITAL LITERACY COMPAIGN in villages, slums, district jails,Government schools etc. This big achievement is outcome of the efforts of Prof Nagendra Nath Sharma, Chairperson,Centre for Sustainablity & CSR and Dr Rishi Tiwari, Librarian and Head of CSR & Community Outreach.

Within this month, Digital Literacy Compaign will get momentum with the active participation of faculty ,staff and students of our institute. This is probably first time in India , a B’School will be running a Digital Literacy compaign for children of poor and under privileged sections of society.
