Yes, candidates appearing in the final year examination of graduation (first attempt) in summer 2023 can apply subject to furnishing the proof of Graduation by October 31, 2023. Non-fulfilment of this condition or not scoring 50% marks in Graduation, will automatically result in the cancellation of the provisional admission without refund of the fee.
Please mention aggregate percentage of marks for all subjects (including optional subjects) irrespective of your Board regulations.
Please note: DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOARD RULES OR OTHER RULES USED BY YOU EARLIER WHILE CALCULATING PERCENTAGE. YOU ARE TO USE THE ABOVE RULE WHICH CLEARLY STATES THAT ALL SUBJECTS INCLUDING YOUR OPTIONAL SUBJECTS ARE TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHILE CALCULATING YOUR 10TH AND 12TH STANDARD PERCENTAGE.
For example, if you have studied 7 subjects INCLUDING ALL optional subjects, all 7 subjects must be taken into consideration irrespective of your board rules and regulations.
Please follow your university/institution stated rule for conversion of CGPA into percentage.
In case your university/institution does not have any scheme or rule to convert CGPA into percentage, the same can be done by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

It is a reality that post declaration of the CAT/XAT result, all the top ranked B Schools start inviting candidates for further selection process. However, to avoid a possible overlapping of the selection process with other B-schools and also to facilitate the early selection/offer of admission, we propose to conduct an early round of PI process in the month of December, 2022 itself which would be well before the declaration of CAT/XAT results. However, we intend to invite majority of the applicants who apply on or before second week of December 2022 based on their profile as judged from:
This early stage selection process provides a candidate an opportunity to appear for the process with relative ease.
Candidates need to update their entrance test percentiles (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT) in the online application form after the same are declared for preparation of final selection list based on merit.
You need to update CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT score through student dashboard (BIMTECH Admissions Portal) after the same are declared for the preparation of final selection list based on merit. The official score card will be verified and needs to be submitted in case you have got an admission offer.
You can choose to submit more than one score. BIMTECH will choose the BEST score based on the eligibility before giving out the Final admission offer.
