1.These scholarships shall be awarded only from Term I to Term IV.
2. Every student (except those admitted under supernumerary seats) shall be eligible for Pujya Sh. G.D Birla Academic Merit Scholarships,
3. (A) Student/s scoring 1st Position (highest TGPA) and 2nd Position (second highest TGPA) at the End Term examination shall be awarded a scholarship of INR 50,000/- and 25,000/- respectively provided:
(i) The student has not been found using Unfair Means at any Term End examination/s,
(ii) The student has not utilized any supplementary examination provision at any end-term examination,
(iii) The student has no serious misconduct case (as per BIMTECH Honour Code) decided or ongoing against him/her as of the date of declaration of scholarship.
(iv) In case a student fails to meet any of the above conditions anytime during the 2 years, any scholarship awarded to him/her at an earlier end-term examination shall also stand withdrawn.
(B) Student/s awarded these scholarships will be issued a Scholarship certificate of the same.
4.The scholarship amount shall be due and disbursed to eligible student/s upon completion of the program (all six terms) i.e. within 15 days of the declaration of term VI result. The total amount so due to the student shall be transferred to declared bank account in name of students through net banking.
5.Total outlay per annum for both batches of each course will be Rs.24 lakh. In case outlay is increased due to bracketed positions, the Director’s permission will be required for additional outlay.

Professor Jagdish Sheth, Professor Emeritus (Marketing Area) of Emory University, USA. has donated Rs. 5.00.000 to BIMTECH to create two scholarships.
BIMTECH has contributed another Rs. 5.00.000 to make it a Rs. 10,00,000 Endowment to create two scholarships based on the interest earned on the same. Award ceremony takes place during Annual Convocation of the institute.
State Bank of India, Axis Bank, HDFC Credila Financial Services (An HDFC Ltd. Company), IDFC FIRST Bank, Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank & Kuhoo (Online Student Loan Platform) are providing education loans on priority basis subject to fulfillment of their terms and documentation requirements. BIMTECH is a reputed name in Business Education and almost all banks are extending loans to our admitted candidates. However, the Institute has no active role in arranging loans for applicants.
