She is from 2007-09 batch of PGDM – RM of BIMTECH. She shared her experience on why one should have sales force knowledge; clear understanding of current business in order to add value to the business. The ways in which one should focus on upskilling their skills, making things lean and should make maximum wage of bandwidth.
She also focused on the importance of participation in competitions. She emphasised on reading books that interests us, participate more in industrial projects and she also threw light on how to introduce ourselves in an interview.

He is from 2007-09 batch of PGDM – RM of BIMTECH. He shared instances with us on how one can follow his/her passion in order to be efficient.He also emphasised on following passion and working in area of one’s passion and desire and get the best out of him.
He additionally stressed upon following passion and working in areas of one’s own desire in order to get the best out of them.
