Dr. Danish Nasir holds a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from AMU Aligarh, an Executive PGDM in General
Management from IMI New Delhi, and a PhD in Operations Management from IIM Lucknow. Dr. Danish’s research
focused on “Ergonomics in Warehouse Design and Operations”, and his research was published in Opsearch and
Operational Research Journal. He also presented papers at international conferences.
Dr. Danish has 18+ years of aircraft industry. He worked in various departments, including Shop Floor, Quality,
Procurement, and the Aircraft Final Assembly Hangar. Additionally, he played a vital role in integrating and
testing the Avionics systems of India’s first indigenous civil variant of the Dornier aircraft, currently
operated by Alliance Air for regional mobility in the Northeast region under the UDAAN scheme of the Government
of India. Furthermore, he served as a Production Manager for eight years, starting in 2006, where he was
responsible for assembling and testing the Fuel management system of the Su-30MKI aircraft.
