Dr. Jamini Ranjan Meher is an Assistant Professor in the area of OB and HR at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida. With a Ph.D. from the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University, Dr. Meher has made a significant impact in research and academia for over 6 years. Before joining BIMTECH, Dr. Meher was an Academic Associate at the esteemed IIM Indore, where he dazzled the academic community with his profound insights and expertise.

Dr. Meher's scholarly pursuits converge around a nexus of cutting-edge domains, including Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Digital Transformation, HR Analytics, Organizational Agility, and Organizational Effectiveness.
