Dr. Kapil Garg is an accomplished Operations & Decision Science & IT faculty with comprehensive blend of hands-on professional and academic experience. Passionate about the potential and impact of IT.Innovative teacher devoted to education and learning. His research interests span both online service quality and higher education. Much of his work has been on improving the understanding about online service quality and about the blended learning in higher education mainly management education.
