Dr. Ruchi Garg is a distinguished Professor of Information Technology at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, with nearly 20 years of rich academic experience. As the Convener of Blockchain Learning Center at BIMTECH, she spearheads initiatives in blockchain applications. She earned her PhD in Computer Applications from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, MCA from Barkatullah University and holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics from Delhi University. Dr. Garg excels in applying cutting-edge technologies to practical applications, with a special focus on leveraging generative AI tools, with use of effective prompt engineering, to drive innovation and enhance skills in management. Her research interests include AI, IoT, Blockchain and Cloud Computing. As a seasoned trainer and resource person, she integrates these emerging technologies into faculty and managerial development programs to foster workplace innovation. She serves as a resource person for academic leadership programs on the topic "Digital Technology and Adaptive Learning for 21st Century Education," having conducted sessions for 10 organizations.batches from Bhutan. Dr. Garg has published her research work in SCI and SCOPUS indexed journals and authored two books on Operating Systems with BPB Publishers.
