Shweta Saini

Assistant Professor

Biosketch

Dr. Shweta Saini is a highly qualified academic and retail professional, currently serving as Chief Faculty and Head of School at FDDI. She holds a Ph.D. from Amity Business School, Amity University, Noida. She has further enhanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Statistics from IGNOU, an MBA (Distance Education) from Kurukshetra University, and a PGDM with a major in marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad. Her qualifications also include professional certificates in Innovative Teaching Practices, Visual Merchandising and Design Management, Graphic Design, and specialised courses from institutions such as Pearl Academy of Fashion and NIFT. This robust academic background underpins her extensive experience in management, marketing, and visual merchandising, reflected in her leadership roles at FDDI and her prior work with Pantaloons and Future Group.
