  Submission Guidelines

 The Conference invites submissions in any of the following Categories

A. Research Paper B. Practitioner Paper / Article C. Case Study

STEP 1- Submission of Abstract (for each category listed above)

  • You are invited to submit your ABSTRACT in any  category by  20 August, 2023.  
  • The abstract should be no more than 500 words.
  • Mention 3-5 keywords.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in a Word file with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double-spaced.
  • The acceptance of the abstract will be notified within 2 weeks of submission. All accepted Abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

STEP 2-  Guidelines for Submission of full paper

A. Research papers

Research papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental, applied and theoretical work or research. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All contributions must adhere to the APA 7th edition referencing style, with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double-spaced in a Word file.
  • Full paper submissions must be no less than 3,000 words and no more than  5,000 words, excluding references.
  • All manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria.
  • The text should be in English. American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.
  • Tables, figures, and appendices should be placed at the end of the document after references. In the text indicate the places for tables and figures (e.g., Insert Table 1 here).
  • All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting.
  • A Paper should be submitted in a Word file. All papers will be tested for plagiarism through a plagiarism software.
  • Suggestive Paper StructureIntroduction, Literature Review, Methodology/ Approach, Findings/Results, Conclusion/Implications/ Recommendations, Acknowledgements (when appropriate), References, Tables / Figures, Appendices (where appropriate).

B. Practitioner papers / Articles:

  • All submissions must be made in a Word file with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double-spaced.
  • Full paper submissions must be no less than 1000 words and no more than 3500 words.
  • Paper should use the APA style or footnote method to cite research and data.
  • All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting.
  • Tables, figures, and appendices should be placed at the end of the document after references. In the text, indicate the places for tables and figures (e.g., Insert Table 1 here).
  • Paper should be submitted in DOC file to help run in the plagiarism software.
  • The text should be in English. American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.

C. Case Study

  • All submissions must be made in a Word file with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double-spaced.
  • Full manuscript submissions must be no less than 2000 words and no more than 5000 words.

Submission at:

All contributors of the paper in the presentation will get a certificate of paper presentation, if at least one of the co-authors has been registered and participating.

Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original and previously unpublished findings. Following ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. A plagiarism check will be conducted for all submitted manuscripts.
