Rohit Bhardwaj is an Assistant Professor in the area of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Before joining on a faculty position, he has worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow at BIMTECH. His teaching interests lies in the areas of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship and his research interest lies in the areas of systems thinking, social entrepreneurship, and dynamic capabilities. He has published research in several ABDC listed journals like Journal of Knowledge Management (A in ABDC), Systems Research and Behavioral Science (A in ABDC) amongst others. He is continuously aspiring to improve the courses he teaches in content as well as in pedagogy and attempts to integrate his research into his teaching.
